The new version keeps crashing. I try to login to accept the terms and it looks like its opening then it closes. Cant play any games associated with this app since you have to log in first. Not sure if this is an issue with iPhones or with the app in general. I am able to log into games on my iPad since I dont have the Line app installed, but I dont lug my iPad around like I do my iPhone. This app needs to be fixed ASAP as Ive seen quite a few reviews indicating the user uninstalled then reinstalled the app in hopes of fixing the problem but all they managed to do was lose all their data/progress. Its been over a week since the update and this is still not fixed!!!

Ever since the update it keeps crashing and I can not play Tsum Tsum! This is the worst update ever!

Tiny font cant read it. I regret updating the app. There is now a split screen and I cant read anything. I use it to run a game alliance and chat with friends. Deleting it and replacing it with something else.

Since the update the app keeps crashing and not letting me accept the terms. This app is tied to my favorite game so I have 2 options. 1. Dont play and hope it gets fixed SOON! 2. Start completely over in a game Ive been working on for a year.

Ever since the most recent update I have been unable to open the app. It crashes every time. I have an iPhone 6 so Im not sure if this is limited to iPhones but its extremely irritating and should be corrected asap. Prior to this update, I had no issues.

Every time I open it, the app sends me to the home screen.

The app crashes upon opening, its been 10 days now. Now Ive missed the latest Tsum Tsum event. My husband has lost 2 years of progress in his game. Fix it already!!

I updated the app recently and I cant even open it because it keeps crashing. I cant play any of the line games either. Please fix this!

Seriously, the crashing and data lost problem hasnt been fixed yet!? This better be corrected or Im going to seek money back for all of the items Ive purchased in the Disney Tsum Tsum game if you guys cause my data to be unretrievable.

The new version dose not work. First it was telling me to enter my registered email and password, which I did. Then it asks for me telephone number and it didnt send the verification code. It skips to the PIN number, that I never signed up so it says that if you dont have one just enter the last 4 digits of the telephone number. After I entered it, it says invalid PIN. I issued a problem report, which its been a few days and the support team never replied back. I tried a few times, and it either says the telephone is invalid or never send the verification code and it skips to the PIN number screen and it says the PIN is invalid. I dont k is what is going on, but LINE should fix this ASAP

Since the latest upgrade I am unable to play at all. It opens the app and then asks the user to accept the updated terms. After you click on agree it just crashes. Update........Once I removed the app and reinstalled I no longer have the crashing issue. I also did not loose any game data.

Ever since the update it wont load and I lost all of my Tsum tsum progress. I play for about an hour a day and have been for over a year, so its a considerable amount of game data thats being held hostage by this crash bug. Ive worked in games that dont bring in nearly as much money as Tsum tsum and to have it down this long must be costing them a fortune in addition to tanking their reviews. Why they dont have a fix yet is beyond me. Hurry up, Line, this is ridiculous.

Since update, the ap does not open. It just crashes and crashes. I hope you fix soon!

After the latest update I cant even log in before if crashes. Fix it please!

Every time I try to connect tsum tsum. The line login fails and shuts off. I really wish they would fix this as soon as possible since no matter what I do it will not work.
