I am very unhappy with the customer service support. I made an inquiry with LINE on November 22nd of which they still have not resolved. I purchased a new phone, followed instructions and my Disney TsumTsum game account will not come to my new phone. I have been playing this game for over 3 years and have put a lot into it to have it all taken away. I would appreciate some help with this as I have contacted them multiple times in a month with no solutions.
