Buggy these days

Used Line for years and I love it, but for months its been having issues with not notifying you when you have messages! At times you have to manually open the chat thread with someone to refresh it. It happens often on my iPhone 6, iOS 11, and also for my boyfriend whos got an Android. I really wish they would fix this.
