won’t let me back in

i took line off my ipad for a week. i put it back on. i signed in with email and password. it won’t let me in. wants me to enter a code in “line on my smart phone.” i don’t have it on my phone. never have. just ipad for gaming chat. i’m sorry but my same device, my pw and email isn’t enuff???
