Awful customer service
Contacted LINE 4 times for one problem and each time they would reply with a solution that had nothing to do with my question. Its like they dont even bother reading support inquiries and just copy paste responses from a pre-made document. The last time they didnt even respond.
Basically my problem involved the deletion of all my contacts and purchased stickers without any in-app notification informing me that if I performed a certain action that would happen. Obviously a bug in the app and a huge oversight in the programming because this would NEVER happen in any other online service. LINE assured me that if I had an email registered with the account all my items would be restored but of course that didnt happen. No friends, no purchased stickers, no warning.
