Worst customer care ever
Dont believe when it said its a communication app. I encountered some log in problem and had to contact line customers care. I was directed to fill out a online sheet and I ended up waiting for 2 days to get a final respond. And guess what, its even a automatic message. I have been using this app for 4 years but now realized that when line doesnt care about their users. When you encounter problem using the app, they will not be on your side.
