Poor app

I just dont understand this apps registering purpose. I registered with my cellphone . Didnt know that I need to add a email to it. Used 1year .well. Just simple chat with friends. Now . I changed a phone because I dropped the old phone into water,cant use anymore.

I got the new phone. Try to get back to my line account. It says I need to email. I didnt register with me email. So I have to loose all the friends list because I dont have a email. What is the logical?

Sorry. I have to quit using this . Because I lost all my friends list. I cant login. I dont have customer phone number I can call. Even fill a inquire form. They need your registered email. I DONT HAVE A REGISTERED EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
