TERRIBLE customer service

They blocked my account with zero explanation why and refuse to deal with my issue. I made the mistake of using Line with customers who I can now no longer contact. They are a disgusting company and I would recommend looking for an alternative. Hopefully someone who understands the importance of dealing with customer issues overtakes Line soon.
