The Apple Watch app has disappeared! Why?

Sometimes don’t get notifications when new messages received.

iPad app doesn’t open and always asks for email address and password to be reentered.

Almost impossible to contact support via their ‘help’ option.

The worst messaging app I’ve ever used. Only have to use it because one of my Android friends insists on it.
