LINE App Reviews

I used line with my cell phone in Taiwan. After moving to the US, I got a new cell phone and a different phone number. When I tried to download the app to my new cell phone, it wont let me log in. The app sends a verification code to my old cell phone number in Taiwan. There is no way to log in without the verification code. USELESS! I didnt like LINE when I was in Taiwan. Now, its at the top of the list for all apps that I hate! With FREE SMS and iMessage, is LINE even relevant anymore?

Every time I open the app, it instantly crashes and closes. Doesnt even load messages. I have IOS 10.3.3

Stickers no longer pop up. Fix please

After the update yesterday, i do not received notifications at all until i on the apps. Whats the point of this update

It only suggests two stickers at a time and both are locked. Some of the locked stickers Ive already purchased. I have to manually look for each sticker.

The stickers I have no longer pop up when I type the words, not like they used to before, now only the small ones come up. It is indeed more laggy than before, takes a few seconds for the words to type. Plus when I go into a chat, there are responses from the other person/people that werent there before <- so very laggy on that aspect now, the responses are also a bit late. Ahh I miss the older version before the update, hopefully they change things to how it was before, as it was absolutely amazing before this new update. Thanks ?

I was on iOS 11 and updated the LINE by Auto Update. It keep crashing as soon as I open the App. I couldnt even backup chat. I thought its iOS issue and Installed iOS 10.3.3 freshly. But Guess what? Still I crashes constantly. I am very disappointed by your update! It was better before!

Latest update has a bug. Feature to see suggested stickers while typing is gone. Setting is enabled in the settings section but the stickers dont pop up anymore.

Update removed the convenience of find stickers faster. Frustrating. And the app is slower and freezes. Please change. Inconvenient....completely

Sticker suggestion is no longer working after the update. It is only suggesting emojis.

It was working great but then I mistakingly updated the app and few minutes later, f**king disaster. Stickers wont pop-up, its laggy and it crashes more than it used to before the update!! Please fix ASAP.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the app keeps on crashing shortly after I open it. I cant even use the app anymore. I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone three times but it keeps happening. LINE was very useful until now and I hope this problem can be fixed ASAP so I can continue using it. I emailed to LINE support and they didnt help much, they just said wait for an update and Im wondering how long the update will take.

I love LINE and normally, updates are great without issues. But, as others have mentioned, the latest bug fix update ended up disabling sticker/stamps with text suggestions. Its basically made sorting through a whole collection of various sticker sets very difficult. Another side effect of the update is the app is doing what I can only describe as "lagging" which it had never done before. While typing or back spacing for example, it will momentarily freeze for several seconds. This is probably related to the issue with the suggestions, but its worth mentioning. Thanks for all the hard work and updates!

CRASHING AND GLITCHING

Since the update my line has been crashing even more. And now I cant even open the app. Line worked fine before this update and now I cant even get on the app. DO NOT UPDATE

I love this app and it helps connect me to so many friends around the world! Its a wonderful thing with so many cool features— thats why I couldnt find it in my heart to give it just one star. But my stickers dont work anymore! My big ones are not displayed and it doesnt remember my more commonly used ones either, so now I have to go digging through all the ones I dont want for what use to be easy things. Please please fix it!!!!
