Quality of voice message is not good !!!!!!!!!!

Give us an option to turn OFF unpurchased stickers preview. The new "feature" is annoying and will not cause me to buy any more stickers. Rating 1 star until we have an option to disable this nonsense. Planning to switch to another service unless this is resolved soon. Also, the Cherry Coco stickers have stopped working. This app just keeps going downhill.

Now when a new message arrives the notification will not show unless the app is actually open.

My favorite thing about this app was being able to send super cute stickers. Every time I attempt to send stickers though, I get an error and no matter how many times I click resend it doesnt work ? Is there any way to even fix this?

Before updating, whenever my friends chat me with their encrypted message turned on, the notification on my phone would be just "you have a new message from A", but now the notifications show the whole chat! I want to be able to know whose message Im receiving, but still want privacy by not having their message sprawled across my phone screen

I have used and enjoyed this app to connect with friends for gaming on my iPad at home which is wifi only. When I attempted to add the app to my phone as well, I discovered that I can not without deleting my account from the iPad. Its a good app for communication, but why not allow me to use it while not at home also?

OMG why is the transfer of data changed on my iPad. I cant buy stickers or change theme on iPad. I also lost all my chat history when I transferred to my phone

Im not getting any notifications from who are not in my friend list .. if they comment, mention , or like to my posts .. .. fix this as soon as possible ..

Quality of voice message is AWFUL !!!!!!!!!! and when i share a photo from my gallery , it not shown on my timeline

Been using this app for years now and it absolutely amazing, but would love to use my stickers in everyday iMessage conversations

If you have iOS, and you at some point want to buy a gift for a friend, forget coins. Coins dont matter. Bought a gift for a friend, using coins, and found out that I couldnt send it. Why? Because I needed to go on the browser, and buy it. Do my coins transfer? No. Even though they are the same, value wise. So dont bother with coins. Forget it.

Line is an interesting app with clever features. However, the cons heavily overpower the pros. First, videos expire. When I receive or send a video, I want to be able to see it in the future. But after a set time. You cant see it anymore- its deleted. Second, you cant use line on more than one device. All the data gets DELETED. This is what made me start switching apps. And the one that made me convert apps is that you cant transfer data properly between devices. I spent over an hour and 30 minutes exporting chat data only to find out it doesnt work. Ive lost 3 years of my conversations with friends and family. This is the last straw. Line, there are lots of apps out there who have the same function as you. Im telling everyone I know NOT to install LINE so they wont have go through the pain of going through what many others and I went through: losing precious memories of loved ones. Thanks LINE for taking that away from me.

People start nuking rooms and add a bot to delete people if they try to delete them its bs cant have a fun safe environment without some control

Love using line, but very frustrated about the notifications issue. Im not getting any line notifications if the app isnt open. This just started happening after the last 2 updates, since 5/18/17. Please fix this as soon as possible. Ive tried everything; checked line & phone settings & did a hard reset. Nothing has fixed this issue.

Definitely not a working app!

I have been trying to get help with my account. However, when they respond its basically an cut/paste information. They dont even bother to respond and try to help. I have email several times but nothing so far. I will be trying to get help one more time. If I dont get better customer service. BEWARE YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING HELP!!!! ???
