The act of switching over a line account to a new device is painful. I would rather endure another 12 hours of labor than deal with transferring accounts on Line. Also, customer support? Does this even exist?

I use this app every day for castle clash and I absolutely love it

Since the last update, no sound, no pop ups, nothing when new message arrives. I havent changed any setup and i checked my iphones settings as well as in-app settings.

Dont want to see them after I touch on one the others dont disappear

I love this app and use it all the time to talk to my friends but lately I havent been getting notifications when I get a message and it causes me to miss their messages by a few hours and its very frustrating. Please fix this

Please add the reply feature! I love LINE and its option for me to customize and personalize most things but its hard for me to text my friends sometimes because it has no reply feature on the chat like WhatsApp has. LINE has replaced WhatsApp for me but please add that one feature. I will give five stars if only there was a reply feature. Besides that everything is great. Keep up the good work!!!

LInE account was deleted when I got the new iphone 7. My tsum tsum account attached to the LINE account cant be accessed. No tech support to help access. Disney should terminate relationship with LINE and get another server for game apps!!!

Please add a way to completely mute notifications for groups. The current mute function does not hide the badge number icon (still notifies me of new messages from groups)

I used to have a hard time using the group chat so I gave up on this app. Im now using again but would suggest the option to change fonts^^

It will not show up when I try to let it access my photos I want to send some pictures to my friends but it wont even pop up when I click apps trying to get approval to access photos Line doesnt even show up

I love this app, and you do a good job of bringing in asked for features. But guys, where are our custom notification sounds?? I use this more than my messaging app and having the same tones for every chat is crazy. ? Once that feature is in, now that we have pretty much fully functioning gifs, itll be perfect ?

I liked it so much can you able to make an update to use line stickers for the iPhone message

I used to reply a message within lockscreen mode. But now, i cant. Ive to open my phone first then reply a message from notif bar. Please fix it.

I dont care how many updates I have seen for this app that mention the ability to play animated .GIFs—animated .GIFs do not work on LINE unless its an animated sticker bought through the app itself. Come on, folks. Would love to see this fixed.

Video calling barely work or not working at all (image freezes)

So lately theres been people deleting channels and its not fair that a random person in the group line can delete the whole channel/group. Make admin positions for the chat and a leader/owner that way no one can delete the chat other than the owner. Ive had multiple times where Im in a group of 200 people and some random person comes and deletes it for malicious reasons. Please fix this and Ill give it five stars.

So many vulgar pics on the timeline now and theres no end to it

I love this app, but recently Ive noticed that Ill not receive any notification of new messages when the app is closed despite my notification settings for LINE being on. As a result Ill open up the app after a few hours to 5-30 new unread messages and Ill be like oh dang, Line, why didnt you tell me this. Im concerned because many of the messages I receive are important and time sensitive. I really love this app and would like to continue using it, with notifications that work, please!

Please add something under settings to toggle them on/off entirely
