Keep crashing with the new version! Fix it now please!!!

This app is at the point where I cant use it anymore. For the past day, I was not able to use it at all due to crashes. This problem is due to the update that occurred a few days ago. Please revert it or fix this.

Title says it all.

Since the new updates here, it did nothing but crashes. It wont even let me load the app before it crashes. Please fix this immediately, I honestly depend this app to stay updated to the latest information on either assignments, tests, school announcements, and other important things. Ive used this app since forever and now that it does nothing but crashes, Im truly disappointed.

When will Line update a now one or fix the problem??

The app for iPhone is completely inoperable it doesnt even open it crashes instantly. Updatescrew it up.

Do not update! It crhases absolutely everytime. I tried turn off my phone, among other things, nothing works. Please fix thix asap!

LINE was working fine until the latest update. Now it crashes all the time. Not usable.

I talk with my friend from Japan on this but ever since the update it wont stop crashing I hope they fix this Ive been sitting here for about an hour trying to fix it but nothing seems to work

Dont bother downloading until next update. Cant even open. Lost all my pictures and chat history on there; thanks alot Line

line need new UI and must will change ... line have not night mode also black theme is not good

I think all of the users of this app having the same issues ?!! Can you read our review ?! U spoused to fix it once we wrote about it ? shame on you

Not sure how, but newest update crashes within milliseconds of opening it. Really screwed something up, hope a fix is released soon because it is totally unusable as it is now.

First of all: How can Naver release such a bad update? Did the company even test the 7.11.0 update before they released it? Version 7.10 worked just fine on the iPhone 6/iOS 9. I updated to 7.11.0 and the app would not stop malfunctioning. It kept crashing immediately after opening. I deleted it and reinstalled it. Upon reinstallation it still wouldnt work-- I couldnt even log in to my account because it still kept crashing as I was trying to enter the verification code. I tried downloading version 7.11.0 on my ipad. It appeared to be working alright until I closed the app. Every time I open it after closing, I find myself logged out and have to log back in. And even on the iPad it crashes. I am now using version 5.9 on my phone, which I got from a previous backup of my old phone. Still, this isnt even a real solution because Naver is ending support for all versions below 6.0.0 on Sept. 19, 2017--six days from the time I am writing this review. I use Line to communicate with more than 200 individuals about business and leisure matters. Almost all of my friends and family use it. Its a real shame that a popular app such as this is also a truly problematic one. If Line werent the only way I could reach many of my friends/family, I would stop using it immediately. Unfortunately, Line is the only way I can get in touch with important contacts and I cant stop using it.

New update crashing everytime!!! Dumb update

My line keeps crashing after recent update, you guys needs to fix this new update .

After the update, this app is crashing and freezing like crazy every sing time I try to go in. Gotta fix this problem or I cant use it -;-

After updating to the newest version, line completely shut down. After two days, still no new version fixing the problem. No way to find app support. Very irresponsible.

It worked fine until the most recent update now I cant even download it and its always crashing.

This version crashes on start for iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.2. Please fix this SOON!
