A long time ago scary random people text people! Robot accounts are there too

Since I changed phones I can’t get into my line account. I have spent a lot of money on stickers. I have over a thousand friends. I’m in groups I don’t want lose. If you spend money on their in app purchases you should have an easier time reaccessing your account. I want my old account back. I have paid real money using my credit card for stickers I was promised I could use and get back. I registered my account properly for transfer your system failed me. It should be verifiable by my credit card which I used to purchase hundreds of dollars in stickers. I have tried to contact the developers no one will help me get my account back. I have groups omg this is awful!

There’s a few people on line with this weird Symbol that basically makes line crash for us IOS users. People are using this to be funny and I can’t join chats at all as long as this Symbol exists. Please fix this.

I love line app, they should add a feature auto-pick up calls and Vdo calls for a favorite callers.

It is 2018 but LINE still has no such a basic option like rewinding voice messages. If for whatever reason voice message stopped playing, you have to start listening to it all over from the start. So, if you’ve got 5-6 min long message and it stopped playing at the last 30 seconds, and you need to listen to it through till the end - LISTEN ALL 5-6 min again from the start. Every single messaging app I know has the feature to rewind option where I can tap and go to certain part of the message. Oh well, Line is stuck in 2012. Let’s pray for a miracle for them to add BASIC stuff in near future.

All my friends can talk to each other but my mic is permanently on mute

The only reason I was able to use this app to communicate to my Japanese family is by reading out loud each reply. No more voice? No more usability!!! Otherwise it’s a decent way to talk...

great app, but new update in feb removed the “speak” feature for individual texts. that was extremely handy and i have no idea why it would be removed.

No pop up sticker after the update

The Line app sometimes won’t send videos. This happens often.

I love this app and I use it all the time with friends, but an issue I’ve seen is that recently the quality of photos I send decreased drastically. I don’t know if it was an update that caused this, but it’s frustrating because I used to be so impressed with how clear the images always came out after sending them. What happened to them??

I’ve mainly use this to stay in touch w my family in Asia and loved the speak function since I can’t really read Chinese. With the new updates they got rid of it! I need it back pls!

How many versions has it been now and the app still stutters and chokes like hell. The unbelievable lags from the opening the app to the latency in typing every word are maddening. Just how bad are your engineers and do you even test your product before shipping it? This issue has existed since the very first version many many years ago and you have zero intention to fix it. Optimization is like the most fundamental thing of building an app

LINE doesn’t work well with iPad keyboard. Hitting enter brings me a new line, not sending out the message. Could you please fix this because it’s annoying to always hit the arrow icon on the screen. Will change my review after this one is fixed.

Dear Line It would be greatly appreciate if you could include the speak selection in the next update. Thank you Benny Dear Line, i have sent the email regarding the option on speak selection. And today there is an update, but the speak selection is not included. Its been weeks. Please put back speak selection. Thank you. Benny
