It gets rid of text to speak which is good for people that want the text read out loud.

How about you stop dicking around and put back text to speech???

Come on ! Return the previous voice recording button Who suggested to return it back to its old design ?!! You really should fire him I hate this update

It contains a persistent script and you will not be able to remove it from your device. I have deleted it multiple times and it always comes back within 60seconds. It shows up requesting download with a notification but there isnt an option to update it either. Try a cleaner and it wont clear it out, reset your device and it is the one thing that will continue to plague your iPad. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH A PERSISTENT BUG INFECTING YOUR DEVICE.

LINE is just a copycat of all the other great apps that are available. The calling service is bad and expensive, viber and FB messanger are a lot better. The application itself is one big mess. You have to go through so many options and tabs to get anywhere, it truly is number #40. It means there are 39 better apps than this.

New version takes away valuable features. Such as dictation. Text to speech. Not worth the download.

Sometimes it convenient to press speak on long messages to have it read to you, now there keep note announce etc what happened to the speak feature.

The app suits my purposes perfectly!! :D

Why did you remove the text to speech function in your latest update? Ive extolled on why Line is better than Wechat in large part because of the allowance of the system text to speech function. Now thats gone and replaced with a bunch of bs in-app options that I will probably never use.

It’s most popular in pop culture and works great and has great features easy to use

People at least give it a chance you never know if they will turn it back again just be peaceful no need to give bad reviews or complain like just be peace? some times they just want to make it better you never know just like a mystery for ever by the way I use this app for two years already and pretty much enjoyed it and yeah I think Im done with this review so hopefully you guys get the app a chance and like you never know people just be calm and peaceful just like me so just give it a chance bye!!!!!!?

UPDATE: i would have never updated LINE if I knew they were going to remove it from the iwatch. There was no indication of it either. I love LINE but I wish they would make the iwatch app more useful. Cant send bought stickers, cant check old messages or chats. It takes forever to load unread messages. When a new message pops up while viewing an unread msg, both messages disappear and you cant check it anymore. Theres no way for you to send a message, only if you receive a new message. As far as the phone app, I wish there were ways to categorize individual stickers or add tags to individual stickers.

I like using Line, but it is annoying to not be able to use Line on my iPad and it a new iPad too. So it very frustrating to have to log-in every time... so please fix this in future updates for usage on iPad. If not then I might as well change to “Discord” permanently.

Speak function is not working since the last update! Please fix!

This app is amazing ???

The fact I cant use it on my work iPad and personal at home iPad is a real issue for me. One or the other gets disconnected and my chat history is erased. If this were fixed and creating an account didnt require Facebook or a phone number, Id give it 5* . As it is its ok but Im going to try to push my group of friends towards other apps.

Please can line add “Speak” back into UI menu in new update version of 8.0.3? It’s very useful for us. Thank !
