Cannot believe this company release some software that cause immediate crash on iOS 10 with iPhone 7 plus

Still keeps crashed. Can not open line with my I6.

Im using line for 2 years and its way worse than the first 6 months of using it. It crashes a lot, slow recovery of the upcoming messages, the quality of voice calls are terrible- even skype got better than line. Voice calls are having big noise in the background, my friend can barely hear me talking and I almost need to shout to microphone. Also it started to take up more memmory space. I understand there are some updates but actually it makes the app heavier and not really seeing any progress of fast & easy use of Line. Even after delating my chat history twice, it havent speeded up. I hope the developpers will try to fix those mention issues.

My notification tone isnt ringing, it notifies me by default. Pls fix it!

Great app on my smartphone, too bad I cant use it on my iPad simply because I cant login.

Anyone know if they actually offer support for their app? Cant find answer in FAQ, and cant find contact info? Having trouble adding friend to group. Can anyone help me?

since line upgraded to a new versions now, to buy theme with points trough line store it doesnt work!!! and it was very worst ever! sigh

Dont believe when it said its a communication app. I encountered some log in problem and had to contact line customers care. I was directed to fill out a online sheet and I ended up waiting for 2 days to get a final respond. And guess what, its even a automatic message. I have been using this app for 4 years but now realized that when line doesnt care about their users. When you encounter problem using the app, they will not be on your side.

Fix the bug please. Cant even open my messages.

This is a good app and I like it. I was just wondering if you could also add English to German translation

I am trying to add some friends via their phone numbers and/or usernames and it will not work. There is no way to contact support to figure it out and my app is up to date.
