Giving a 1*. Doesn’t allow me to retrieve my account, constantly puts out an invalid phone number error even though I used the same number to verify my steam and WhatsApp accounts. As far as I know, there is no way in getting in touch with LINE in order to get the issue resolved.

i took line off my ipad for a week. i put it back on. i signed in with email and password. it won’t let me in. wants me to enter a code in “line on my smart phone.” i don’t have it on my phone. never have. just ipad for gaming chat. i’m sorry but my same device, my pw and email isn’t enuff???

It’s a pretty good app but it would be nice if I could get notifications and respond to messages on my Apple Watch.

I see others have complained about this, and its a real problem. I recently re downloaded line myself, and I cant remember my password. I googled for help about this situation, but I cannot find anything. There may be a saluting somewhere, but I cant find it. I love this app, but you would be a lot better if you had a better password recovery system!

This is a major problem. Many of my PenPal’s have LINE but when I type their info in correctly it says they cannot be found. PenPal’s are from Japan.

The app used to work great. After the last few updates I no longer receive call or message notifications in a timely manor of at all. Please try and fix it.

I really like this app but i switched phones and when i try to log in it pops to registration instead and my line account is connected to bunches of stuff like v-live and webtoon so i really want to log back in.

Live in Japan and cant access either the news nor the Japanese sticker shop. Cant change the region, cant change the language. I would delete it, but everyone uses it. Not a good app if the only reason to use it is this. Cant recommend it.

I backup all my chat history on iCloud. However the history cannot be restored. And Plssssss enhance ur point system. I don’t want to do 30 min survey without getting anything. Overall, I will say this is the worst social app.

My keyboard will randomly switch to default, can not use on 2 device without erasing the other device, my older ipad is 16 gig and line chat takes 1+ of it unless I go into each chat and delete photos and messages( i have lots of chats for my game, many are used rarely). Give us a quick way to clean space on device such as delete all but last 10 messages in each chat unless marked dont delete(a simple solution it would appear to me). By doing so i could keep wasted space on my device to a minimum. I understand that many probably have pleanty of space on device but not everyone does. I personally dont like line chat app but most who play game i play use it. They were years getting ipad to work at all. I dont believe that the company puts customers first. Use to be for a long time you had to use a phone number I had ipod touch, now i can use email address but Im still limited to one device what is the reason for that? Every quality chat app i have tried I can use on 2 device at at the same time. Im not even asking for that I would just like the option to have on 2 device at once. The plus side is great stickers and enough are free that I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star.

Used Line for years and I love it, but for months its been having issues with not notifying you when you have messages! At times you have to manually open the chat thread with someone to refresh it. It happens often on my iPhone 6, iOS 11, and also for my boyfriend whos got an Android. I really wish they would fix this.

Why did you remove the Apple Watch app? You should bring it back and improve it from the previous app. It was very useful to see the messages on the watch and reply back then with ease.

The app is great and all but seriously make the voice message quality better its so bad

I am very unhappy with the customer service support. I made an inquiry with LINE on November 22nd of which they still have not resolved. I purchased a new phone, followed instructions and my Disney TsumTsum game account will not come to my new phone. I have been playing this game for over 3 years and have put a lot into it to have it all taken away. I would appreciate some help with this as I have contacted them multiple times in a month with no solutions.
