I will open the app for 10 seconds then the app crashes

I dont know why Line cant just keep all chats across different devices. Why is it that using my account on one device means Line DELETES everything on the other??? Doesnt make sense. I tried to backup my chat history on my old phone and it said backup complete. I open the app on my new phone and get an error with the backup transfer and now cant open it. This is stupid! At the very least, if it failed on the new one, I should be able to go back and retry the backup on the old phone, but its all gone! And I cant click skip backup because then I cant go back restore later! Im so mad! There isnt even a way that I have seen to contact someone for live help and now I lost three years worth of chats that were important to me.

Sticker suggestions don’t pop up as well as they used to and the app no longer works with Apple Watch, what’s going on here?

I was actually having some issue accessing my albums, but the problem was fixed. Overall the app is great for contacting ppl.

The annoying voice massage icons (super small n hard to use) is causing a lot of problem. Please fix it. Sticker suggestion not popping up like it used to be. Please fix it. This app is making user very frustrating .. Please fix it... Thank you very much.

Ive been using line for around 4 years and I love everything, from the layout to stickers and so on but theres stuff that sometimes get on my nerves: 1. Wish you could set a different notification tone for group chats and individual chats. 2. It takes too long to open. :( 3. On Android, if you have a theme set, the opening image is theme colored and designed while for iOS you get the same green LINE screen. Overall... I love LINE. I have so many sticker packs that I had to store some.

Used to be able to voice control with Siri, but new version does not support Siri voice control anymore

When I opened line account 4 years ago, an email was not required to register, just the phone number. Now after switching to a new iphone X Line app will not open unless I type the account email address. This is horrible update since Line never notified me that without email address attached to to the account I will not be able to log in. If i still had my old phone, yes i could update my account and add an email address but i dont. So now Line is forcing you to open a new account and all the contacts and text from past 4 years will be lost for ever.

7.17.0 locks up/freezes randomly. No mention if latest update fixes this issue. Wont update for a long time now. Fortunately I have an older version saved on my PC...the advantages of not solely backing up on Cloud and it works fine.

Good app but since the most recent update I have not been able to view any albums

Why has the Watch app been removed without warning?? I relied on it all the time! Please bring it back. What a shame!

I was having trouble in chats. After I switched to a new theme my album wouldn’t load properly, I then contact the corporation, instead of trying to fix this issue they just send me a worthless formal reply saying it’s either my phone’s problem or my line didn’t have enough space, and you know what, I’m using a new phone!

I don’t understand why people use this app. So bad! : (
