I am using line now on iphone x and there is a problem with the keyboard that hides the box which I write the message in

Greetings. I cannot receive any messages my friends sent. It’s been like this for two months. Please kindly fix it! LINE is my favourite app, thank you.

+ love the stickers :). Fun messaging app. - There isnt an fing option to give feedback or request help anywhere in the app except like 10 menus deep for like 9 hyper-specific issues, and if your issue isnt one of those, you dont have any way to report feedback or ask for help. This is why Im posting here, because perhaps theyll pay attention here.

So I am not sure if I am the only person experiencing a message that says “A temporary error has occurred” when trying to send videos but I have and I have uninstalled the app 2 lost all my chats and I am still not able to send videos please update the app so that this stops.

Really nice, easy to navigate, smooth communication app. Best I’ve seen. Keep the updates and good things coming.

Love stickers but should have “ LIKE “ button just like Group Me app. That why I like group Me app more then Line app. They keep posting all junk sticker in the chat room of games

Was able to use Line on my Apple Watch Series 2 running the latest Watch OS, but when I switched to a new iPhone, Line isnt available. What gives?

After trying to join the group from a game I’m playing I’ve given up. Totally useless app. No support or anyway to ask them how I join.

I used LINE a while ago and uninstalled. Just recently, I wanted to log in LINE Webtoon using my LINE account on my laptop since I had previously used my LINE account to log in and save comics. However, I forgot my password, and strangely, there wasnt any "forgot password" button on the laptop. The page only mentioned to use the app to ensure that logging in was enabled. I decided to redownload the app and see if it could be of any help, but when I tapped "forgot password," it told me to check my app settings to reset my password. I dont understand how Im supposed to go to my app settings if I cant even log in. I googled for help, but I was unable to find anything of help. Im not sure if I missed something, but if I didnt and this is truly how the forgot password system works, then I am appalled and flabbergasted. Please fix and improve this system if this is really how it works.

My messages never load. People send me a message and I might get a notification if Im lucky but they don’t ever load. If i send messages to reply they don’t send. Ive deleted and reinstalled it but the problem isn’t fixed.

Overall it’s a good app for chatting! The problem is, I CANNOT ACCESS THE LINE SQUARE FROM MY IPAD... I was able to access it on my iPhone but it was broken so I used Line here..... Please fix this

The app turned off everytime I try to send a video.

Prompts me for Touch ID when I leave the app. Please fix again

The app works fine, but the NA sticker store is awful. We barely get any of the anime stickers, and the ones that we do get are terribly translated. JUST GIVE US THE ORIGINAL STICKERS! YOU ARE PREVENTING US FROM GIVING YOU MORE MONEY! WHY???

I love this app so much and I use it everyday but a lot of times I don’t get notifications when I receive a message and I have enabled all notifications from this app, it really sad but everything else is great ? please fix it

The bug is that i can’t download the language of stickers. Not stickers. It’s the setting-dialogue-show stickers-language

Been over 2 months and the sticker suggestion hasnt been working properly Everything else is perfectly fine but that.

I love the new unsend feature on messages except for one flaw...it sends a notification saying you unsent a message. Why, exactly?! Isn’t the entire point of unsending to not send anything at all?! The notification negates the entire point of the update. If I accidentally send something I want it to leave no trace. This would be incredible if you simply remove that notification. I can’t imagine why it was added in the first place. If you delete a comment or a status on Facebook it doesn’t say “so and so deleted a comment”. That would be ridiculous so why do that here?! Other than that, this is my favorite messaging app. I almost never use iMessage anymore.

Even after clearing cache and chat logs it eats up nearly 1GB of storage space. There are also advertisements. Give option to remove timeline.

Not sure why this has been such a long-standing issue but most of the time I don’t get them or they show up in notification center for less than a second and disappears. What gives?
